Militant Islam is spreading around the globe – including here in America – and Christians need to be well-informed regarding the origins of the current crisis and what we can do to serve as a source of Light and Truth in the midst of a world that is becoming increasingly violent and chaotic.

Our speaker is a recognized expert on Islam who was a practicing Muslim for the first 30 years of his life. Not long after arriving in the U.S. in 1978, he experienced a conversion from Islam to faith in Jesus Christ, and for the past 20 years he has devoted his life to studying and teaching the history and religion of Islam.

He often lectures and teaches on Islam in churches and other venues around the world, and since 1990 he has helped plant churches for Muslim converts in Atlanta and Chicago. He has also served as a missionary in India, Afghanistan, Pakistan, Mexico, Kenya, Greece, Germany, and other countries.
