HOW SHOULD WE NOW LIVE? THE CHALLENGES AND OPPORTUNITIES OF LIVING IN ‘POST-CHRISTIAN’ AMERICA is a new Areopagus seminar that focuses on the current state of American culture and how Christians can live faithfully and responsibly in a society that is becoming increasingly hostile toward Christian beliefs and values.

Virtually every aspect of American life is being corrupted, and as our moral and ethical standards collapse so goes our economy, our political system, and our cultural institutions. For the time time in our history, even religious liberty is under assault.

Christians who know and care about what is going on are understandably troubled. As followers of Christ we are called to be a spiritual counterculture in the midst of what C. S. Lewis described as “enemy-occupied territory.” But to do this effectively we need to be prepared not only intellectually but spiritually.
