America’s Real Problem

by Jefrey Breshears October/November Newsletter

Ours is a culture in crisis. We face monumental and unprecedented social, political and economic problems today that unless addressed and corrected will drastically and irreversibly alter America’s cultural landscape. Of course, all but those who are morally clueless or abysmally ignorant of what’s going on realize the predicament we are in – except that, by all indications, that apparently includes the majority of the American people.

When President Obama took office his Chief of Staff, Rahm Emanuel, uttered the off-hand comment, “You never want a serious crisis to go to waste.” They didn’t, and Obama, who had promised to “fundamentally transform” America, has certainly done just that – much of it by executive fiat with the enthusiastic assistance a very partisan and compliant media.

Of course, all of this change comes as Good News to cultural liberals who are hell-bent on radically altering the ethos of this nation. To them, the America of the past was a dreary society characterized by capitalistic exploitation, environmental spoilation, social injustice, sexual repression, racism, sexism, xenophobia, homophobia, and Christian bigotry and tyranny.
