How the Past is Being Distorted to Advance a Radical Political Agenda
This is a presentation that all Christians who care about the future of our nation need to hear – but especially parents (and grandparents) of students whose understanding of American history is being threatened by master propagandists masquerading as educators not only in colleges and universities but also in high schools, middle schools and even elementary schools.
Dr. Mary Grabar (Ph.D., University of Georgia) is a Christian scholar, an accomplished author, the founder of The Dissent Prof Education Project (see DissidentProf.com), and a resident fellow at the Alexander Hamilton Institute for the Study of Western Civilization in New York. In addition, Mary taught at the college level for 20 years, most recently at Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia.
Mary was born in Slovenia in the former Yugoslavia, but when she was two- years-old her parents fled the country, eluded border guards and sought sanctuary in Austria before settling in Rochester, New York, where she grew up.
Based on her experiences in academia, Mary’s book, Debunking Howard Zinn: Exposing the Fake History That Turned a Generation against America was published in 2019 and immediately sparked an active debate as it exposed the radical left-wing bias and numerous fallacies in Zinn’s best-selling textbook on American history that has corrupted the views of millions of impressionable high school and college students over the past 40 years. Last year she followed up with Debunking the 1619 Project: Exposing the Plan to Divide America, an insightful critique of Marxist critical race theory and its distorted interpretation of America’s past.
